David J. Cattie is the founding member of The Cattie Law Firm. A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, David has resided in St. Thomas since 2004. David has conducted jury trials in federal, state, and territorial courts in the United States and the U.S. Virgin Islands. In addition, David has successfully argued numerous cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Supreme Court of the Virgin Islands. Mr. Cattie has also defended persons charged with murder, rape, assault, kidnapping, gun crimes, drug conspiracy, fraud, financial crimes, and theft. David has also obtained favorable verdicts and resolutions for corporations alleged to have engaged in discrimination, wrongful discharge, and negligence.
